Hey guys,

Here's the hunt video from ND. It's a little of last year, and most of this year. My little bro contacted "Northland Adventures" when we got home, and it played on their show. We had to keep it to 6 minutes to fit in the time slot or there would have been a LOT more footage we would have put in.

Hunt was on public land in ND. We stayed with a buddy and had a super fun trip!!

Can't wait to get after them in MN with the pistola...

Great to see people getting good bucks in ND. I hunted in Iowa with bow for several years and took some nice ones, but here there are some bruts too. I live in the eastern part of the state.

MN,

Great video and good shooting! What POV camera did you use on your bow?

I've been looking at a couple of different options recently.

Nice deer and even better video. Fantastic!

Shout if you need help hanging stands, we don't get an opportunity at velvet bucks in Iowa either, and that would be a blast.

Thanks guys!!

The POV cam is a go pro. They are super small and light, and almost impossible to damage in their protective case. There are videos online dropping them from planes with no ill effects. Plus you can get a watch type remote to activate them at the right time with little movement.

ND has awesome whitetail hunting for sure. Plus the non-res tag is only 215, and they are right next door!!

Literally the most expensive part of the trip is food and beer!

I really hope to get a hunt on film in MN with the SBH Hunter in 45lc, or the 7 08 Encore. The hard part here is that my little bro is hunting also, so I will have to video myself. It won't be nearly as good, but if I can just get the shot on cam, and the deer coming in, he can make the recovery, and all the rest just as cool.

Thanks again.

I....ahhh....drilled a hole through the riser in my brand new bow!! Sure hope I didn't void the warranty, but it was worth it.
