Limestone, Tennessee Pretty cool. I hunt on the property he hunted on in Lincoln Co. The river road beside the Elk River is still visible and I have a tree stand right over the top of it. His homestead at Mulberry Fork no longer exists though. I still haven't forgiven Davy for killing all the elk here. ;-)

There is a State park at his birthplace along with a campground, pool, picnic area's along the Nolichuckey River. they have a replica cabin there and a museum. His decendants gather there every year for a celebration. The high school I graduated from is named after him.

Middle middle TN Here.

If you will remember there were elk to be hunted in that area near Lincoln County border a few years ago. That herd disappeared pretty quick also.

Yep now we have to put in for the Royal Blue drawing. Pretty slim chance. I am thinking about putting in for Kentucky non resident this year. reflex264

Maryville, Tn here.
I've deer hunted in Royal Blue. It has more elk than deer - and some dandy bulls.

NE Rogersville Tn.
Have not yet hunted pistol yet, If things work out I should have much more time to work up rounds for my .44 this year. I have shot it a bunch, just starting load development to get truly serious about it. Was hoping to hunt hogs then the state changed how you can hunt them. William.
I'll keep my fredom, money, and guns you can keep the change!

What has Tennessee changed relative to feral hogs?
Plagioclase, where exactly in Royal Blue would a person head if they were interested in seeing elk and perhaps photographing them. Do they all have collars?
