A good friend of mine has told me he wants a glock like mine.He wants to shoot service weapon comps .I half heartedly told him I would swap him even up for his ruger super red hawk in 41.He said done deal ... even leave the leupold 4 x scope on it .I havent seen it in a few years but as i recall its like new.He takes very good care of all his guns.I dont want to give up my glock but i was thinking a cash deal... what do you guys think its worth.

ruger super red hawk in 41 I wasn't aware they made one. Redhawk, yes. But, SRH?
Rod, too.
Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

If it is a .41, it is a Redhawk. With a scope mount I would assume a 7.5" Redhawk Hunter.

Well what are you waiting for? A Redhawk 41 Magnum for a Glock? Tell him I'll buy him a new glock and trade with him!
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

Take it. Been several years since redhawk was made in 41mag. Ruger only made them for a couple of years. Did not have a factory scope attachment like the redhawks of today. Still a redhawk and still a 41mag

I would be happy to trade my Glock 10mm withe white extra long slide and lone wolf barrel I would throw in holster lots of empty brass and some other goodies.
So If I were jump on this deal the 41 is an awesome gun I love the 255 grain WFN out of them very accurate and takes deer down reliably.
You can't fix stupid!

Unless that Glock has some seeerious sentimental value, it is a no brainer.
Rod, too.

Glocks are a dime a dozen. I wouldn't hesitate to make this trade, you can always replace the Glock. JMHO.

Still a redhawk and still a 41mag That's not correct. Ruger did indeed make a scalloped barrel ringed .41 Mag. Redhawk. I owned one for more than a dozen years. They did not make a ringed .357 Mag.

Glocks are a dime a dozen is right! And they don't fit me at all!!! I'd GLADLY swap it out! I would even pay someone to take a glock from me- Can't stand them. My wife loves hers though. But I'd give ya my right arm before giving up my Springfield TRP!
I guess Glocks are like relatives... Ya either love em or hate em!

But unlike relatives, you're not stuck with the Glock!

Sound like a very good trade. And with the Redhawk, you can realize the full potential of the .41 mag. With "glass" already in place, just add ammunition and go hunting..

Come on now guys Glocks are reliable and in the 10mm makes for real effective woods gun. Mine is loaded with a 220 grain hard cast LFN with a good dose of Longshot.
But that 41 is ..........well better.
