Glad to see IHMSA as a sponser. Good organization to be a part of if you are into handgun hunting. The shoots are very laid back affairs. You show up, shoot, BS a little, shoot some more, and just have a good time. You are more or less shooting against yourself. The entry fees are low and there are intentionally no "big money" shoots.

The field pistol competition is great offhand practice at ranges that you would shoot in the field. Give it a try.

I've been a IHMSA member and competing off and on since '85' and a Match Dir. for the past three years. It's a great sport and you'll never find a better bunch of folks to shoot with.
