Nothing better then to hunt boar with good blood line`s. Used my S&W 41mag Classic. Handload was a 210gr XTP over a good charge of H-110.....

Nice work as always, James!

Where did you shoot this boar, James? I really wish you would join us in North Carolina in January.

Is that evidence of complete penetration; that mark on the tree just behind you over your left shoulder?

Congratulations James!

The .41's in your arsenal have been getting a workout as of late...what was it you told me recently..."been there, done that. 'Bout time you boys caught on". Although that sounds a little more Southern than the way you said it...

Way to go James. Looks like a bullet hole in the tree behind you, is that from the exit???

James,

Gotta love that 41! By the way, did the bullet pass through and kill the tree in the back of the picture? Looks like a bullet hole in the back?

I've never shot/owned a 41, but you guys have peaked my interest. I guess I'll have to go out and find out for myself.

New kid on the block today and ddecided on my 70th birthday today to join a lively forum on my favorite subject, handguns. To start with I have a preference for 41 cal. and just recently ordered a 41 GNR from Reeder. However I've killed my fair share of varmints, rabid dogs sith several of my 41's a standard 6" Blackhawk. a 83/8 nickel S&W and one of the very early MR autos in that caliber.
