Seriously. Having a heck of a time finding a #1 and a #16 she'll plate for a newer model Hornady L&L AP.

Online vendors are all out. Can't locate any locally. If anyone knows of a place they frequent that might have either or both, let me know. Will happily pay someone to ship them to me!

Yep. Their response was as follows:

"We do not know of any retailers that currently have shellplates in stock but we will be sending some out next week. Hopefully you will be able to find the plates you need soon."

These are apparently hot items???

what's different between these shell holders and standard ones from other manufacturers? Also what calibers are these for? I will check my local store which I think only has a few lee and rcbs products but I'll be going to the city on the 1st and I can check Sportsmans and Noslers Pro Shop.

As Tyler said, they're for a progressive press. Here is an example:

Need one for 30-06 and .223.

Thank you. Appreciate anyone looking if they're out and about. These things are about impossible to find right now. I was hoping Hornady would be willing to sell them to me directly, but it looks like they're struggling to keep up with demand.

Mid-South Shooter's Supply advised they are expecting a shipment from Hornady sometime next week and #16 shell plates will be included within the shipment.

Get on the back order list and good luck.
