Looking for a long range ( 200 yrd. + ) varmint barrel for my Thompson encore. What for cartrige and scope would be my choices for accuracy. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

any of the standards, 204, 223, 22-250, or a custom chamber in 220 Swift, or 224 Weatherby. For a scope you can either use a rifle scope which takes getting used to or your only long range option in a handgun scope is the 3-12 Burris.
