Was playing around and wanted to do a different look to this holster. Decided to dye the lacing a darker brown and it comes out a nice chocolate color. Really comes to life once the final oil hits it though. Not a good pic as the stamping bleeds out in the light in the pic but you can see the colors ok to judge "look" of them together. Its fit to a 4 5/8" blackhawk. I need to fit the strap snap location and put a nice concho on like James and Dur's. I sort of like it..

As do I.

Again, that is some fine craftsmanship. I really like the color blend.

Glenn - terrible, just terrible. Send it to me and spare yourself the shame of having to look at it anymore.

Guys - just received the floral design holster that Glenn sent me. As the kids would say, "Glenn's got mad skills". Scaring the neighbors in suit and tie trying to get just the right light in the backyard for the Glamour Shots

Thanks guys. I like it more as time goes on. After the oil dried, the colors mellowed into some really rich shades. I think I'll do more. I need to get a pic of it when I fit the snap with the gun in it.

I like the dark colors, I may have to get hold of you abot making one for my new single six. It's going to my rattler hunting gun and at times I have to clear leather in a hurry and your holsters look like they shouldn't "grab" the gun.

I actually prefer the dark lace. Looks good, Glenn.

It's not the gun, but the man behind it.

Glenn, that's fantastic work! Congrats on your newly acquired skills as a cow hide manipulator. Of the pieces I've seen, this one tops! I need one...

I think it looks great. A little small for my Contenders and Striker though. LOL
Awsome work.
