I think I'm at my wits end. I cannot seem to find any load data for 220 gn cast bullets for my Glock 10mm. I'm trying to put together a semi auto hunting rig with some knock down. I have a lone wolf long slide kit coming, but no luck on data. It might seem like a weird choice for bullet weight to some, but that's what makes it fun! Any help is appreciated.

your right tough finding data, which is interesting as doubletap sells the 230gr cast bullets....Here is what I found for the 40, no connection to data so use cautiously

These are 220 loads for a .40. They would work in a 10mm. Adjust the OAL.

I have the LW Longslide and threaded barrel I run Longshot for velocity of 1266 from a 6" barrel. there is data all over the net but Glock Talk and 10mm Forums are two good places to find what is working for other folks.
