Hi guys I have a ruger super black hawk new model 44 mag and I was looking for a scope mount that can be used without modifying the gun. I would appritiate any info you guys could share.

I'd go with the Weigand, a couple holes drilled and tapped is no big deal when the option is a system prone to moving.
