I have this scope and have probably not put 50 rounds through it with a .357 mag. I am wanting a scope with a bigger objective on it. The reticle lights up red. I have no idea on its worth but hopefully you guys can give me an idea on what to ask for it.

A scope with 50 rounds of 357 "through" it might not be worth very much --- LOL.

Actually, I can not give you much help on the value of your scope.

It's more important where you hit 'em, than what you hit 'em with.

Ha Ha. yeah that does not sound very good huh. Well it has only been on the gun and the gun has been shot less than 50 times with it on there. I guess that sounds better. I can't even find one on EBAY or anywhere.

My experience with the "older" Thompson scopes is that they were durable (like the old gold Simmons) but had sensitive eye relief.

I expect that the newer Bushnell Elites, Leupold, & Burris are more in demand. Thus, the value of the Thompson may me somewhat minimal.

You might be able to get a c-note for it, perhaps a tad more.

Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.
