I finally got a new computer so I can post pictures again

I shot both these with my Ruger Bisley with jacketed bullets. This is the first time I've used J bullets in almost 20 years and wasn't that impressed. It killed them dead but I expected a better wound channel than I got.

I shot this one a about 35 to 40 yards

And this one was about a 100 yards

Congrat's on your success. What was your load?

Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

Congrates!
How is it you get to shoot 2 of them? Here in Oregon we have to draw for kust one and it takes years of points unless your lucky enough to get drawn on the first go round, which I'm not very lucky. I live right in the middle of some good lope hunting and all I get to do is watch them stick their tongues out at me.
Congrates again on 2 fine shots!

I like to hunt with open sights, but my eyes are going south so I don't know how many more years I'll be able to do this...........especially the longer shots.

Rupe we can get up to 4 doe antelope permits. My computer messed up this year and by the time I got that figgered out they were sold out of the areas close to me. So I only got 2 this year.

Nice shooting. I am anxiously waiting for this weekend to arrive. BP starts and it is killing me waiting.
