So I"m finally (sigh) getting around to breaking into reloading. I'm about to order a Lee Breech Lock Kit and am wondering which manual most of you consider to be the best. I know this has been discussed on the forums previously but I couldn't find it.
Also, I'm planning on starting with 7x30 Waters. Any opinions on the best set of dies would be welcomed. Even better, if anyone has a used set they no longer use I would certainly be interested.
Thanks in advance.

Jeff

I believe the Lee kit comes with a manual. Most powder suppliers have online data that you can access free of charge. I prefer RCBS dies, but have a set of Lee in 9mm that work fine.

Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

archr,

I may have some 7-30 dies. Need to look. Will PM if I find 'em.

Lyman is always a good one because of the wealth of info included in it.

I'm still using the Hornady #8 as my primary manual, but then again I only use Hornady bullets. Honestly, I don't think you could go wrong with any set of dies from one of the major manufacturers like Hornady, Lee, or RCBS.
