I just received my .338-06 Ackley Imp. Encore barrel. What scope does everybody think I should mount?

I have a Nikon Force XR 2.5-8 power scope on my Model 460. It's not that expensive, but it'll stand up to the recoil.

I have a 3-12X Burris BPlex on my .338-06 JDJ, and .338 Mag. JDJ Encores very close to your gun and it has held up for 10+ years. Have done groundhogs and deer out to 400 yards without problems. The Plexes make the long shot fairly easy.
