I tried the search but didnt come up with too much,a local gun shop has these in and I was wondering if any of you could give me a thoughts on these,I was going to order a Ultradot but these are just down the street,thanks for any info.

I use a similar product, Optima2000, and they have their goods and not so goods. If they are mounted close to the boreline you can pick the reticle up rather quickly, like on my 22/45. But if you have to mount them on top of a weaver rail, you may spend some time searching for the dot. I went back to an UltraDot on my Bisley because it is quicker on target in that application.

Thanks for the info I would have to mount it on a weaver base,maybe I should just order out the Ultradot.

I know what you meant. I'm just curious as to why the word "out" was required in that sentence.

maybe I should just order the Ultradot. See how nicely that flows off the tongue.

I would check out ultradot west before I ordered from midway. I like midway but unless I make a big order they hit me with an extra small order handling fee tha usually raises the cost enough it isn't worth it
