I'm looking to make a sturdy/steady/reasonably cheap pistol rest for precision testing of handloads. I"m pretty handy. Just looking for ideas and would like to see what others have done.

I made this rest using an old rifle rest from Midway USA. I added some weights, and adjustable frame for easy sighting in, an adjustable rear bag. Got about $15 and 8 hours invested.
