made it out for a little while this afternoon and managed to bring one home with me,hit him a little farther back than I like but he will clean up fine. seen plenty more but they all were on the other side of a deep creek and I didn't feel like swimming,although it would have been a relief from the humidity. am going to try and get out again in the morning before in heats up.

Nice! I'll be up in your neck of the woods next spring and I'll be chasing 'em every chance I get. I love hunt'n then Ozark mountains for squirrel.

Here in Illinois it's illegal to hunt squirrels this time of year, I believe their having young right now, here?

here in Missouri our season runs from May 24th thru Febuary 15th,i think it is possibly the longest running season in the country.

Here in Kentucky we shake the tree they are in real hard and if you don't hear a rattle you don't shoot em [its a female]
