Just wondering if anybody uses one and what your opinion is. I have the monopod that I used last season, but I have to return it as it is giving me some problems. It worked very well the way that I used it...so I will return it for repair or replacement...I think their lifetime warranty is pretty good based on what I have heard.

I've got one. It's a bit heavy, IMO, but it works as advertised. I use it on stand, but prefer the Polecat for walking.

Rod, too.

I have been using triggerstick bipod for 4 years and I like mine. Thinking I would like a shorter set for ground hogs and sitting in a tree stand.

I have the trigger stick tripod. I really like it for my photography stuff, and it doubles for shooting sticks! Perfect for my application of sitting and waiting at a location, or in a blind for photography. I also have the mount to fit my binoculars, so it serves me many purposes.

I use Bog-Gear more often, but I also use a trigger stick

I have and like both models. Some prefer the PSR attachment for the Bog-Pod. Both systems provide a much more stable rest compared to shooting offhand.

I am really liking the BP with the PSR more everytime I use it. I'm going to attach a small bag or something on the bottom of the PSR to have a little "cushion" there for the revolvers and see how that works out the next time I have it out.

I have a primos trigger stick that I use with my 460XVR. Got an extra large cane rubber foot that adds some lateral stability and keeps it from going thru tree stand base. Works great.

I use a tennis ball with a hole cut in it.

I confess, I'm not a great shot. I try. I'm pretty good. But I'm not a great shot.
I'm sure not a natural. I really have to work with a new gun to get acceptable with it.
I can't shoot for poo over sandbags or sticks. I shoot out of hand, and limit my range to what I can hit. I can hit stuff out of hand, but I just suck over a rest. Not sure why, don't really care either. I figure I have the discipline to not take shots I shouldn't, so I shoot how I shoot.
I tried a mono pod. I made some nice sand bags and have a table on the range in the front yard. I shoot better out of hand.
Combine that with my inability to get deer to stand in front of my sand bags, and I just shoot out of hand.
But that's just me.

I have one and practice with it but all my deer and elk since I bought it have been shot off hand..

I have never used the Trigger Stick, but I would like to try one to see how well they will support the weight of an Encore.
For stalking and still hunting, I use a simple Pole Cat shooting stick.
For sitting in a ground blind, I use the Bog Pod. I originally used a support arm on this set-up to brace my forearm in.

I have since switched to a Lift n' Lock sold through Primos.

I find I am more stable if I use this to brace underneath my gun hand.

I use a couple of dowel rods connected with a rubber tube. Stand them up in an X and rest on the tube. Call me cheap but it works.
