I'm shooting the Barns 325 XPB with 41.5 gr.of H110. I've tested up to 45 gr. and thought the 41.5 did well. So I sighted in at 25 then to 50 then 75 and at 100 the group opens up to 20". I drooped back to 50 and groups are small 3" to see if scope had issue and it seems to be fine. I know each gun shoots different just wondering what loads you 500 mag. guys are shooting. I have the 10 1/2" P/C.I have other powders Lil Gun and IMR 4227 and CCI 200 LR primers. Any info would help.THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

I shoot my 325 Xs over 42.0 WW296. I only use this in an open sighted 6" Smith and can easily hit a 6" rock at 100 offhand(sighted in 1" high at 25).
I shoot 375 gr. Xs over 38.0 gr. WW296 in a 10" Raging BUll and get 3" at 100 all day. Killed a brown bear at 129 with one shot and this bullet.
I us CCI Mag. primers for all these loads.

Thanks for info.I guess I'll back track to see dies r still set from start.Are pull scope off and send it in. I have 4 maxum rinds and check often with no problem.

I've used a Bushnell 2-6X Elite on my .500 without any problems.

Well it's not the Leupold scope It's the die was out of adjustment the AOL was off causing more pressure.I'll find out for shore this weekend. Thank for the info.
