This little gal just got her a pig. She has overcome many obsticals to do this. We are so proud of her.

For you fellers that dont know she is legaly blind. We have figured out how to be her eyes so she can hunt. You have never seen a kid more excited when she is successful.

My friend has a son that is blind and he is a great hunter, also.
I think that maybe, we could take some lessons from these young folks.

I have made so many excuses throughout my hunting career about the sun being in my eyes, or the wind was blowing to hard the wrong way, or some other silliness when I missed, or didn't succeed right of, and yet this young lady didnt give up, and didn't make excuses, and didn't settle for less than getting done what she wanted to do, when faced with a challenge that for many folks, myself included, would cause them to never even try. I stand humbled by her accomplishment. My hat is off to you, Miss Ella. Thanks for this thread reflex, sometimes I get all caught up in the details about bullets/boolits, expansion/penetration, 44 vs bigger bore, and I miss out on the stuff that's really important. Whether or not this makes any sense to you, I appreciate this reminder.
