Depends on the range.

I would bust the boar closest to me facing broadside. I would place a 400 gr. XTP from my 475/350 right behind the shoulder & then wait for the glorious sound of 2 thuds. One when the bullet smacks the boar & the other when the boar smacks the ground.

I'd shoot the one that is standing there in front that just ate the guy that had on the hunters orange on the ground. Maybe when I gutted it I could find the guys wallet.
6" 475 FA with the 385 HP cast slug. I do have a neat little 10" MOA in 30 Herrett I've been dying to try out with the new Barnes 110 Tac-TX slug. I bet it would whoop up on him pretty good! And my first choice would be the one on the right that is slightly quartering away at the time of the pic. We all know that with a pig, they move constantly so that could change In two seconds. But this angle Would allow me to slip the slug in nice and tight/low for a quick kill. If they were under 100, the 475 would be deployed and then something larger after that range wise.

All but the one behind the vertical twig are viable targets.

I do not have a favorite platform or cartridge. Preferring to vary my selection. But, any of my current platforms, whether SP or Revolver, chambered in the likes of:

Revolver:
.44 Mag
.45 Colt
.454 Casull

SP:
.44 Mag
.260 Rem
6.5-284 Win
7mm-08 Rem
.30-30AI
.308 Win
.338-06 A-Square
.35 Rem

.....will do the job.

Even the .223 Rem with head shots would suffice on all but the obscured hog. I like hunting pigs.

I would shoot the one on the right through the front shoulder. The gun would be my XP-100 .308 with a 150 grain Barnes X Bullet. The bullet might exit but it would not wound the others.

I am shooting the one in the middle just behind the shoulder (I think he is bigger than the one on the right) with a 44 mag - 300XTP from a Redhawk or Super Blackhawk.

If still living in Texas I would try to take them all or at least make them sick to help the rancher out. Never have just sport hunted hogs, always a protect property type of thing.

Broadside front pig with 45 colt from my Bisley. Shooting a 300 gr non-mag XTP on top of 24gr of W296. I would place the shot through both shoulders to break him down so no tracking would be needed.

If I was using a scope gun with a rest and hunting for meat I would probably take a head shot. Head shots on game need to be a sure thing. I have seen guys pull low on deer head shots (with rifles) and just blow the jaw off.

I would shoot the closest one, center of the picture. I would aim at the point of his "elbow" on the right front leg. 310 grain LBT traveling at 1425 fps. from a 429 GNR Redhawk.

A friend of mine did that exact same thing on a buck. It wasn't pretty, but he managed to bring the buck down with a second shot.

For those so skilled, head shots are a viable shot.
I try not to put limits out there broadly by what others can or cannot do.

I've found there are no bad shots on the vermin.
That being said, I'd like my .223 Encore (pistol with red dot) placed right behind the ear-hole on the centered hog.

Kill 'em all.

On a deer never, but on meat hogs, that is where i"m shooting, if anything is out of line in my shot sequence i"m not shooting, simple as that.

Shoulder with a 454 Casull. My 10" FA 454 seems to be my go-to-gun these days. I prefer it because it has a flatter trajectory than the 44 or 45 Colt or 475 Linebaugh. I will generally take animals with all of them during the course of a year but the 454 is the first one I reach for when I'm really serious about it.

I would use a 475 Linebaugh on the front hog [425 WFN] and shoot it just a little forward of billa's mark.

For meat hunting I prefer not to smash shoulder bones on non-trophy animals. If it were a wall hanger I would move forward a bit of my original mark and break the shoulder.

What is the distance to the nearest pig? Supported or offhand? My tool would likely be the Bisley 45 Colt, 250 XTP, near max load of lil gun or H110. I'd have to study the anatomy of a pig a bit, but I think I'd like the center one to take one more step to open up his vitals more and put it right behind his elbow. If within 25 yards standing still and I'm supported I'd probably put it in his ear. We don't have pigs up here so please forgive my ignorance. If it were a black bear now.....

Broadside hog in that off coloured patch right behind the ear. 44,45 or whatever I have at the time is my favorite.

The pig that is broadside front and center.
Super RH in 480R. 425gr WFNGC over a max dose of H110.

A little forward of where billa marked to take out both front shoulders and the lungs.

lf l were under 50yds and wanted to get most of them l would light them up with my old Browning A5 12Ga 3''Magnum.. Fifty 36 caliber pellets from 5 rounds of 000 Winchester 3'' 12Ga Magnum Buckshot @ 1400fps would make for a bad day on Piggy and friends.

Handgun wise l would shoot the guy on the right first with my S&W 460 PC Hunter thru both shoulders with a 300gr Nosler HG Partition

The second from the right at the same spot that Billa shows in his answer... I know what my FA`s m-83 in 41mag would do with a 210gr JHP at 1600+FPS but at that distance its just plain fun to see what the 500WE with a 325JHP will do to a boar....
