I have been trying to get to know my little camera and do some hunting at the same time...quite a challenge to say the least.

Adding the camera with my revolver has sure changed what I consider "success"...just awesome to have to get the "shot" with 2 different pieces of equipment at the same time, by yourself.

Editing is a chore and some of my video is a little shaky ...but I hope you all enjoy getting to come along with me on my MT pronghorn hunt.

I was shooting the Cutting Edge Raptor bullets in my 475L and can say they are the most accurate bullets that I have ever shot.

Nice shot and video! How far was the shot. Looked like he was a ways out from the shot/reaction. Very cool bud! Congrats on a great hunt!

Wes, Nice video! It must be challenging to film and hunt at the same time. Well done!

That was awesome! Congrats on a fine 'lope. I really like that holster, also.

It is! I prefer not to as it is one more thing to think about.

Nicely done, Wes!!

Congrats on the successful speed goat hunt. Sharing your hunt on video made it that much better.

Thank you all!!! I'm glad I was able to share this with everyone.

GlennS..The buck was quite far by the time I got him to stand for the camera and the shot..180yrds++

MarkH/Whit..Thank you, yes it's challenging!, quite a bit more to do....but it really added the the enjoyment of the hunt. I plan to carry my camera on as many trips as possible now.

I had to pass on several big 14"-15" bucks when 300yrds became the end of the stalk in the open country. The trophy was no longer judged by horn size. But I was not going to shoot a yearling or a doe either.

KRal..Thanks KRal, I sure enjoy my holster. I finally have enough scopes and mounting systems to offer a pretty good selection of scoped revolver hunting holsters..now in 2 colors Drk Brown, and Natural chestnut. Only thing is I have to keep changing my scopes, so I can never keep anything sighted in..LOL

I use folding Bi-pod sticks... Used to be called Stoney Point Polecat. But I think Primos bought them out. These are just like them. http://www.primos.com/products/shooting-accessories/steady-stix/

These are pretty light duty, but they have lasted me a long time. If they ever break I will replace them with the "Magnum" version.

Thanks - I used to have a pair of the steady stix, but the shock cord lost it's spring after many seasons of use. Might have to get another pair for the pack as a backup to my Bog-Pod or Stoney Point tripod. They helped in the harvest of more than one whitetail...Nice, light and quick to deploy

180..Very nice work! You have to love when a gun/ammo/shooter combo works so well in a sixgun to give that type of performance. I havent used my FA475 really but I do have that confidence in the 10" Casull. Makes taking it hunting very fun :). I keep my old polecat sticks in the other side of the backpack with my bogpod. Depends on where/what I'm hunting as to which one I use. Both are great but one works better than the other some days for me. Congratulations on a fine speed goat!

I'd say that is pretty impressive for a one man job.

Rod, too.

Note to self: Add antelope hunt to bucket list.
Nicely done.

I'm getting into video myself. We'll see what comes of it.

The video really does not put the shot you made into perspective. 180 yds (++?)is a long shot and that revolver and you make an impressive and effective combination. Well done on both the hunt and the video.
