Thanks to Glenn's post earlier this week, I realized that I had some photography to do...but shamed between Glenn's handiwork with the axis hide, Zee's fantastic time-delay photography, and a general lack of free time, my new babies have been waiting in the shadows for their debut. Until now!

I'll save the theatrics and let the pictures speak for themselves.

And here she is, coupled with a black Basketweave holster for my reflex-sighted 500WE, from Mike Barranti of Barranti Leather

My opinion, they are both works of art...with a purpose! I'm blessed and honored to call both craftsmen friends, and proud of their handiwork.

BTW KRal, I had to take another picture of your knife with another recent black micarta addition...but I'll save details on that for another post!

Hopefully the knife will get some action in the AM. It's been too long since I've chased big game in the Carolinas!!

Awesome knife! And you know I love the holster of course
;\)

Kral's work is exceptional. I broke mine in this last weekend on a big doe

Edge retention is exceptional and still shaves hair as before the skinning job. Amazing what a proper grind and good steel can do! Thanks for a great product Kim!

Both...craftsmanship is much appreciated. Strong work!

He always is James. SCH is the only person who's ever met me at the range for a shooting session dressed in a suit, tie, and wingtips.

Tools or artwork? I'd say both!

Got my order in with Kral!! Can't wait to get it back! He said there is 8 ahead of me, so it may be a bit, but I can hardly wait! Looks like it will be well worth the wait from the pictures you guys have put on here! I've been wanting a dedicated falconry knife, and it looks like I have finally found what I've been looking for!!

Thanks for the recommendation guys!
