any recommendations on ruger superblackhawk blackhawk (bisley)?
Did the poor mans trigger job but would like it light as possible and reduce creep.

I installed a lighter hammer spring in mine and shot it a lot and it is quite nice now.

Geometry/angles of the lockwork need to be changed. Find a good gunsmith that is very familiar.

Exactly. There is no "short cut" to a really good trigger pull: zero creep and light pull... Once in a while you may get lucky, but usually not. The zero creep (and YES it is possible) is the technical part/angles/geometry where there is no way to do it except the right way.

I did a few "poor man's trigger jobs" on a few less-expensive guns in years past when I didn't have any expendable income for such luxuries.

They all worked like a "poor man's trigger job".

In every instance, I just reinstalled the factory parts to restore factory reliability, or paid a real pro to do it correctly. There's a whole lot more to a top-notch trigger job than simply replacing a few springs, especially on mass-produced guns like these.
