I was hunting near Bandera New Years through Today and scored on a nice management buck with my 454. I really didn't go there planning on shooting a deer but this buck was on the hit list and had such good mass for a hill country deer I smoked him.

They are more than 8 points. I'm not sure what that particular ranch has for really big deer. I didn't see any that I would say were really exceptional. They just have some really good hill-country deer, which are going to run 130-150 B&C. A buddy of mine shot a nice 8 as well that's very comparable but the mass wasn't quite as good but the beams were longer.
