Ok, I'm probably going to get a little back-lash for asking this question, but I'm a little curious if it's been done by any chance.
I have a FA, 475 Linebaugh. I would like to try the 480 Ruger round out, but I only have the 475 cylinder. I was wondering, have any of you guys ever tried shooting the 480's out of you 475 cylinder? Is it something you wouldn't recommend?
Thanks in advance for your input.

It's not a problem. Just clean thoroughly when you are done.

Thank you, Whitworth. I was think it would be comparative to shooting a 38 in a 357. Just have to remove the fowling out of the cylinder, when I'm done. But I was afraid of damaging the gun. She's my pride and joy, and didn't want to hurt her.

Exactly. Hard to hurt an FA83.

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.
