To see the joy on their faces on Monday, when they were hitting a large piece of steel (16"x16") at 505 yards. It was their first time to hit steel at that distance, so many personal bests before the match even started.
Later that afternoon, they were frustrated if they weren't hitting smaller targets 10" at that same distance 
There is something about helping newcomers to distance that is very gratifying. The smiles and excitement is more than worth it.

Wish I was there so y'all could tutor me. I'd love to be able to shoot at 500 yards with even a rifle, let alone a handgun.
