I haven't been on here much, but I thought I share my recent hog hunt. I am not going to go into much detail as this hunt with be in print shortly, but the goal was to test out the PHD 45 ACP ammo from Cutting Edge.

First off, if you want a great hunt in South Florida, look up Mike Tussey from Osceola Outdoors, he knows his properties and his pigs. I had a very short window to hunt and he had his pigs dialed,all free range, I will be going back.

I shot this pig from about 30 yards off hand, quartering towards me, pig went down on the spot, the blades traveled more than 8 inches, slicing the lungs, we recovered 3 out of 4 blades 2 in the offside shoulder and one in the backstrap, never recovered the base.
