Where I live, it's hard to find the powders I commonly use without making an extended trip, and even then I might not find what I need. However, my newest Cabelas shooting catalog shows that they're selling powder again. Have any of you ordered powder from an online retailer before? Would you recommend it?

Oh yeah, but not from Cabelas. There are many who specialize in it, like Powder Valley for instance. On large orders you can often save enough on the price compared to local that it more than pays for the hazmat and shipping.

I have bought powder from midsouth shooters supply and wideners. Both were cheaper than buying local, even with hazmat. I will buy from them again
