Does anyone have experience with the Bushnell TRS-25 dot sight on a center fire or rimfire handgun? What are the pros / cons of the mini tube sight vs. the reflex style sight? I thought I have seen them mentioned a few times on posts in the past. I am thinking about buying one to play with. (Less than $100) I am an iron sight or scope guy but one of these days my eyes will fail me with the irons.
Any thoughts?

I have one mounted on an AK-47 and another mounted on a Ruger MKII pistol. Great sights.

Thanks Steve. I have several handguns with Weaver rails that I want to experiment with a dot on. It seems like a cost effective small sight in comparison to the price of the better reflex sights. I just want to experiment and get some trigger time on a dot sight. I will probably mount it on a 22 first. Does anyone have one if these on a 44 mag or larger revolver?

I tried one on my 44mag,about 300 rounds full power loads no problem.
