Does anyone know if Belt Mountain is still open? I ordered a base pin toward the end of August and haven't received it yet. I tried to call and all I get is a message saying this is the fax line they haven't cashed my check so I don't know whats going on

The last two I ordered took awhile. I have two blued #5s with the Bowen screw that I'll sell you cheap if you want them. Never used.

Maybe a light sanding if they are tight. The screw hole will need to be drilled in the barrel. Pretty easy

Well the pin showed up and fit great, so now I need to shoot it to see if it cured the problem

What problem were you having?

Rod, too.

the base pin kept jumping out, hard to believe on such a small caliber but it did at least 2 times on every cylinder full

Sounds like you just needed the heavy base pin latch spring, but now you have a cool base pin also.

well I figured the pin would solve the problem totally so I just went that way, plus it looks so much nicer. Now I just need a Bowen rear sight to finish it!
