My youngest son and I were hunting deer, of course, but this target of opportunity came up and he made good on it. This is his first kill with a center fire rifle. 243 WSSM. The shot was 40-50 yards and he never took another step. DRT. I'm real proud of him. He's 10.

His little sister was real proud of him as well. She had to get in the pic and ham it up for the camera! No way was she going to be left out. She's a pistol!

Just a tip, pull up the actual picture, then copy the URL from it. Don't use the tiny thumbnail image.



Tell your son I said congratulations, and good shooting! It's not often one of those runs out in front of you, and they sure aren't easy to hit when they do.

VERY NICE!!! I absolutely HATE coyotes!! They do rank above Democrats, but just barely...
