I'm thinking about getting a muzzlebrake installed on my 243 Encore barrel. Do any of you have any recommendations on who I should send it to?

In case you're wondering, I'm planning to add a higher magnification riflescope and use that barrel for long range shooting/coyote hunting. While it doesn't kick all that much, I'd like to eliminate what recoil and muzzle jump it does have.

MGM.

I believe they will work on factory barrels. Maybe not. Can't hurt to ask. They do good work.

Bayside/Chris/Hoggin does a lot of muzzle brake installation on Tenders and Encores as well.
Lot of good brakes out there.
My fav is still the Holland Radial Baffle

SSK arrestor brakes work well and JD will do T/C barrels.

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

SSK does the arrestor brake and it works great. I sent one of my 375 jdj barrels in and they had it back in about a week recently. Work was impeccable as usual. I love the arrestor brake.

LW - SSK - Have the arrestor type on the small bores while I have the fish-gill on the larger - Don't forget the ear muffs.
