very nice! that A-frame clobbered him. almost 95% weight retention... not bad I would say!

Nice hog! It has been a great year and I still have a Christmas trip to the YO to see how the new owners are going to carry on the tradition. Dave, I hunted the YO a number of years ago and had a great time and took some good critters. Then I heard it went to hell. You're going to turn into a pork chop James! I shot a couple meat does in eastern N.C. again this year, and used one of my .500 WE's on one of them. Like you, I really like that cartridge ....

NRA Dave, I didn't realize that the Schreiners had sold the YO. I've also hunted there a couple times, but the last visit was 11 years ago, and the same high quality still prevailed then.
