My buddy is thinking of selling his stainless Contender in 7-30 Waters. He has had a wide range of estimates given to him ranging form $150-$900.00. It has a muzzle break, Burris 1-4 power scope, extra .22 L.R. barrel, and dies. Of course the guy that gave him the high estimate wasn't interested in buying it. Any thoughts? It would be in at least 90% condition.

Jmo.....and it all depends on how/where you sell it. Ebay for example may bring higher barrel prices, but by the time fees etc are paid???? Splitting it n selling in pieces may give more $ as well.
My opinion on value, whatever good that is...... $300 for the action $150 each barrel $150 for the scope....maybe.
Total package is harder to move for various reasons.
Kentucky….no place like home.

Total package is harder to move for various reasons. I'd say Kyle's about right on. Maybe add another $25 or so per barrel if sold separately, and maybe $25 less for the scope. I might go as high as $750 for the package if I were in the market, some might pay more.
Rod, too.

Exactly. You could go $ either way on any of the items. Cant even say you wouldnt get $200 out of a barrel. Just depends on who you find to buy and how bad they want it. Id say area location would have bearing as well.

Grendel, do you have any photos? I'm assuming the barrel is a Hunter model, 12" with factory break? Stainless? Is the 22lr barrel stainless? Interested
