I have a used contender with a Sweet 14 barrel in 223. The serial number on the gun is 336944. Can anyone tell me what the twist is on this barrel?

It is probably 1in 12 if it is factory tc barrel.

There were some older barrels with a 14, so it will depend on the vintage. Most are 12's tho.
Rod, too.

It is a factory barrel so I guest it is a 1 in 12.

My factory barrel shoots everything up to 62 gr. very well. Haven't tried anything heavier yet.
