I use a Lee FCD and put a medium crimp on the case as it is not being fired out of a revolver and I don't worry about bullet pull.

I use Starline brass for my primary (read: hot) loads with no problems.

From my experience, it seems like no crimp led to greater velocity variations and less accuracy even at the short ranges I was shooting at then.

Update- I talked to MGM and they said they are going to get Mike Bellm to look at it as they have never seen all the holes get stripped. the guy I talked to said one of his hands said the scope rings being moved around a bit could have caused it. So I'm curious to see how it turns out.

Moving scope rings around shouldn't matter. I do that all the time and no ill effects.

Only wild guess I can think of would POSSIBLY be the screws weren't originally tightened correctly and allowed some play.........and subsequent shredding of the threads.

But, that's just a stab at something I've never personally looked at or inspected.
