Are there any hogs in the Demming NM. Got a trip planned and thought I'd look for some hogs

They say (who are they anyhow?) that there are two types of places: those with hogs, and those that will have hogs. That said, I don't think they've made it to New Mexico -- yet.

They are in the SE mountains of New Mexico east of Alamogordo. Don't think they're in the west desert yet.

When asked the question I didn't think about of water. From what I've read hogs need a lot of water and don't think the SW NewMexico area has a lot
