OP Charlie SA member Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 107 Bulverde, Texas	Would like to calculate the recoil with the Federal 7-30 Waters 120 grain round in my Contender. Don't reload, don't have a grain scale so can't pull one apart to weigh powder charge. Need powder weight to calculate recoil energy and recoil velocity. Called Federal and they don't give out powder info:-( Any help? Thanks

"A quiet hit in the right place is better than a loud miss in the wrong place followed by 10 more shots on the run" I was a handgun hunter, when handgun wasn't cool.....
