Our friend Mark Hampton asked me to post this photo from his successful MO whitetail hunt. I'll let Mark provide us with the details. That's a great buck Mark, congratulations!

Rod, too.
Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

Big thumbs up, Hampton! How was your weather down there? Friday and Saturday was very windy but the temps finally dropped to be much more comfortable up here.

Thanks Gents! Weather was extremely warm -- two days we broke record highs. Super moon and warm temps made hunting a bit challenging. Did whack a coyote one morning. The H-S Precision in 260 Rem. performed well -- as long as I do my part. Nosler's 120 BT is a solid performer on whitetail.
Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.

Outstanding! Congrats, Mark!

Nice Buck Mark. I have one scuffing up a couple Cedar trees in the 5" - 6" range behind the house, but I have not seen him so far. We have a couple different small beam 10 points on camera, and have not seen anything of them either. The Super Moon, and then high wind did not make for the best conditions this November. I will be waiting patiently for the 24 December Alternative Methods Season to get back after them again.
