Last year Indiana legalized deer hunting with rifles firing cases 1.16" or longer and bore diameters .243 and .308. As of now the law stipulates cases 1.16-3.0 inches with bore diameters .243 or larger. Only 10 cartridges may be possessed in the field and the rifles may only be used on private land the same as last year. I now have eight legal deer rifles. It is going to be fun blooding them all. Two down and six to go.

Good to hear they expanded the list of legal cartridges. The 6mm and 30 caliber only rule was kind of silly, albeit admittedly necessary to get your foot in the door for further rifle hunting.
