Well I just did a batch of Sierra #8610 240 GR
With 24 GR of H110 to test tomorrow. I really like the looks of the bullet and I've always had good luck with Sierra in my hunting rifles.

Anyone take a black bear with a similar load?

That's the exact load I've used for 40+ years in my revolvers. No bears, but 30 or so deer and lots of groundhogs. I've noticed that expansion is less than other bullets, but always very accurate. Should do good on bears.

Well done Spruce.. Unlike Speer and Hornady, Sierra is known as

''The Bullet People''. They don't make loaders, Presses, or tumblers.

They ONLY make bullets. Fact is, they make the BEST

Thank You, I don't know why or how it happens, but sierra always seems to be "the bullet" for me. Not kidding I always try them in what ever I m doing new just to see if the gun will shoot. Then I try a bunch of "other bullets" and some how end up right back at the sierras lol.
