If you want a exciting hunt for a really big animal look at J&R outfitters in FL. They have 2 kinds of water buffalo, which are bigger than Cape buffs.
They look tame from the vehicle, but when stalked on foot, they're a handful.
You'll have tons of meat or if you don't want it, the Catholic church there takes it and gives you paper work to write it off on taxes (at least when I was there a few years ago).
