Got a new hunting spot for squirrels, patch of woods about a half mile by a mile and a half loaded with hickory, oak, walnut and pecan and squirrels. The o'le boy that owns it said as far as he knows it hasn't been hunted in about 25 years, I think I have died and went to squirrel hunters heaven, took the S&W on my first excursion.

Nice, nothing like having a great day squirrel hunting and with a revolver it is even better.

Nice haul! Congrats! I'm waiting to do the same thing. I've got to wait till 1 Oct and I'll be after 'em as soon as I get off work that evening.

Nice haul! Just got done putting a JP Enterprises reddot on my 4" 617, but will keep the "old" iron sighted 8 3/8" 617 "no dash" as primary until I just can't hit with it any more.

Hoping the weather gets out of the 80s and 90s before too much longer!

Good shooting and Great fun. One of my most pleasurable things to do with a 22 pistol.
Squirrel and Dumplings or Fried with Mashed taters. Works for me. Be glad for your opportunities. In my neck of the,, well there is no woods. So I have to travel quite a ways to find squirrels.
