I still haven't got around to shooting this banded, ported, octagonal 45 Colt barrel yet, but thought it looked really good on my recently acquired Contender frame and Herrett stock set.

Looks good! Is that a 45/410 setup? Muzzle looks threaded.

Thanks. It's chambered for 45 Colt only, and yes it's threaded for the extended choke used with the old Hot Shot cartridges.

Many of these barrels were rechambered for the 410, but this one is still original.
