Thanks to PsTaN, I had to try a SeeAll Sight. I selected their MK1 Delta, since it appeared to have the largest light gathering fiber optic.
I received it in the mail yesterday and got it installed on my 44 Mag MGM barreled Encore today. I took it outside at dusk to see how it would do, and I'm really impressed. I can't wait to get it sighted in.

Very nice!!

It's amazing how much light the thing gathers. I'll be interested in how your first range day goes.

That looks really nice! Is that triangle a floating point, kind of like the dot in a red dot sight?

These sights are pretty cool! I?m also loving the short Encores and Contenders. As I?ve said before, a 10 inch Contender is a pleasure to hold and maneuver. Those are some sweet woods guns you guys have created.

I?ll add that I?m not 100% satisfied with my red dot on my short Redhawk because of the starburst effect on the dot. This sight may actually be the ideal solution I never knew existed! I love you guys for showing me this new stufff and I hate you guys for showing me all this new stufff!

Hey Chance, yes the Delta triangle does float while holding zero with the gun. This way even if your head isn't lined up just right, the bullet will still hit where the tip of the triangle is.

JDK, you're welcome. Glad to share the sickness. I had a Burris Fast Fire III on the Encore previously, but didn't like the star burst dot either. So far I like the clarity of the Delta. Once I get it sighted in, I'll be able to speak on how it compares.

I ordered the see all several years ago, about the time that everyone started hearing about them. I didn't care for it. My eyesight is [censored] anyway, and top it off with the delta being HUGE, and not having a full view of the target; I'm out.

I hated that I couldn't use it. It's well made, simple, and reliable. Maybe I should drag it out and try again? Maybe it was just me. I'm an odd duck anyhow.

I have issues with dot bloom as well. Everyone states that it's due to having an astigmatism. Who knows.

The manual states when sighting in at 100 yards it has 45" of elevation, and 75" of windage adjustments.

Between the Red Dot and the SeeAll sight, I have to say that I really like the SeeAll for better clarity and how the green fiber optic bar really stands out and makes the Delta pop, even at dusk.

It was a tie as far as speed to acquire a sight picture for both. It takes a little practice to find the Red Dot or Delta.

The Red Dot does allow you to see more of the target out around the dot, while the SeeAll blocks the lower half of your target, like Iron Sights do.

So which is the best? That will be left up to you and your personal preference. I like fiber optic sights, and the SeeAll gets the nod for me.

Nice Vid. I'm glad you like the sight ... I've been contemplating another Gen2 with a Delta for my Smith. My Gen 1 has to be mounted too far forward for my liking due to Smith's tap hole spacing and the mounting design of the sight.

It would be interesting to see how one would work on a CVA Optima V2 muzzleloader handgun. I have an older 1" UltraDot on it at the moment.

The best cure for Bloom on a Red Dot that I have found is to get a MatchDot II and use the 2 MOA Dot Size. Keep dialing it down as it gets darker.

Put the Gen1 back on my Ruger ... 3 shot sight-in at 25 yards. The 8? plate at 50 yards was easy. I change things up on my guns ... too much honestly ... but I really like this sight on the Hunter.

Thanks man! Every nice video showing what it really looks like in use. I like it a lot. I'm suffering from the red dot starburst as well, so this is a nice alternative. Thanks again for the info and please keep us updated on your opinion as you use it more.
