Here is my 260. Started with Krylon Tan and then Krylon Green and Brown over a leaf from my tree in the yard.

Great setup. Love the camo. The .260 is an awesome flat-shooter.

Get you some Varget, 37.5 grns, Nosler 120grn Ballistic Tips at 2.785 OAL. You will get approx. 2475 to 2500 fps out of them. I have my .260 set 2.4" high at 100yds. It is dead on at 200yds. -3.2" low at 300yds. -5.0" at 350yds. -6.5" at 400yds.
I use the Burris 2x7 Ballistic Plex and my x-hair is set for 200yds. The first plex line under that is 265yds. 2nd plex line under the x is 375yds and the 3rd plex line is 475yds.
I have taken antelope with it at 225yds and whitetail at 325yds. One shot kills.

That is a great looking paint job. Did you do it or have someone paint it. Love the color. I like dark purple with silver ghost flames on it.
I have another new XP R stock and I'm going with a real wild paint job to heckle the guys at the range and on varmint outing.
