Sounds like a hard cast it shall be. I'm guessing expanding bullets are used in rifles, for deer hunting, because they have the velocity to open/expand and they don't have the advantage of a starting diameter of 0.452. But expand to a larger diameter for more performance.

Yeap. Expanding bullets work great in revolvers as well - just got to match the right bullet with the right velocity. At the 900-1000 FPS range, a soft cast hollow point would work great.


It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.
