Anybody ever use lehigh extreme penetrator .44 bullets on deer?

I haven't, but have wondered how they would work on Moose and Elk sized game.

I e-mailed lehigh and they responded that afternoon (yesterday), they said they are outstanding for deer and even better for larger animals . For smaller framed animals they are optimum at higher velocity but the velocity I am using will still work fine (1320+fps).BTW Whitworth,if you are reading this cutting edge raptors are on backorder so I haven't tried them yet.Maybe available in a month or two,Thanks.

We've tried those bullets out next to LeHigh's flat-nosed solid offerings and the flat-nosed bullets do more damage. I personally would use a good expanding bullet on deer over a solid meant for deep penetration. JMHO.

Since you are in the People's Republic, I would go with the Barnes XPB.

I am a big fan of the XPBs if I go with all copper. They do lots of damage.

Those XPB bullets look like they could do some serious damage as large as that HP is.
