4 1/2 year old. Good mass but not a lot of anything else except for a bunch of meat. We have found that these are the best eating deer. Higher meat yield than does and no wild taste to the meat. I love seeing those big swollen necks on bucks in rut.I shot him with the same 210 Nosler load that I used on that brute recently. The jury is still out but I think I like the XTP better.

That sure is one dandy buck, congratulations! Taken with one of the classic deer calibers, glad you had so much heavy cover so you could stalk up close!!!!

I hunt Maury county on a lease but I didn?t get to go, my dog started going down hill and didn?t want the wife to have to deal with that so I stayed home. Had to put her down...😢 and yes it was TOUGH. I did take a 8pt. with a muzzleloader here on my property. Again congrats on a great deer.👍🏻
